Now, most of these look very nice, I must say.

Often new, purpose-built flats.

And most seem reasonably priced, certainly a lot cheaper than other flats.

And you get a manager who you can call if you get stuck on the toilet or something.

All I have to do is wait 20-odd years then. By then I should have saved enough to buy one out-right.
