New Enthusiasm Short-Lived

It didn't last.

I got interested in house hunting again for 48 hours, but now I'm taking it for granted that I won't be paying stamp duty.

I have an extra 2 grand to play with. But I won't be juggling it in the air, or slotting it into my Wii. And unfortunately it doesn't mean I can expand my search to cover 5 bedroom, detatched premises with a double garage and more en suite bathrooms than bedrooms.

Yep, saving two grand hasn't made me feel too grand.
