For Sale? Or not For Sale?

That is the question on many a home owner's mind I expect.

It's this not knowing the best time to take the plunge and put your house on the market that's causing a dearth of good new properties for first timers like me to choose from.

These are indeed shaky times. One week prices on the up. The next on the down.

If I'm ever to own a pile of bricks on a piece of land in a town, city, or perchance hamlet on this mortal coil, we need to get some stability from somewhere.
