Too much

That's at the root of the problem.

Houses are too expensive. So are flats. Maisonettes. Even hovels cost over £150,000.

Some of the values people slap on their houses are a disgrace.

But what makes it worse is the people who buy them for such over-inflated sums.

And I may be one of those people in a few months' time.
