Just Over The Budget Borderline

It seems just a few grand north of my budget lies a range of houses that would really appeal.

3 bedroom jobbies. With decent gardens. Off-road parking. In areas that are fairly decent.

Maybe this is a case of me peering over the neighbour's fence and wishing I lived somewhere like them.

But for an extra 20 grand, it seems I'd open up a whole new world of property opportunity. Time to crack open the piggy bank and forage down the back of the sofa.
