The green green grass of someone else's home.

There's never going to be total agreement when there's two people involved in choosing where to move.

But I have to say from what I've seen, the quality of a house goes down if you're looking for one with a garden stuck to the end of it.

I could get a pretty decent flat for the money I'm looking to spend. But a garden is pretty essential, given I've got dogs. So that rules out almost every flat, except ground floor ones with gardens, or those with a decent-sized balcony.

There's a property come up today. A flat. 2-bed. Ground floor. With patio. All in an area I wouldn't mind living in. Worth further investigation methinks... dunno if the other half would concur...
