The best house I've seen so far is back on the market.
Despite recently being labelled Sold STC. The arse obviously fell out of that deal.
That said, the house remains at the top end of my budget.
Have viewed it. Liked it. Wanted it.
But with a reasonable mortgage rate yet to be offered by anyone (except HSBC) it's unlikely I'll be making a move for this one anytime soon.
