Renters have their dissenters. Some say rental is mental (not sure you can say that anymore). But renting won't put a big dent in your wallet. Boiler not boiling? Phone the landlord. Lights not lighting? Phone the landlord. Dishwasher not dishwashing? Phone the... what's not to like?
