Auctions

Here's a thing.

My normal saved preferences on the website have thrown up a house that's up for auction. 6 reception rooms, 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.

Now, I'm an optimistic kind of guy, but for me to land a property like that on my budget, no one else can turn up for the auction, or if I start the bidding, everyone else needs to lose their tongue and both their hands.

Going? Going? Actually, I won't be going to this auction.
